There’s a Party on the Hill Can you Come – Small World Play

I was extremely envious the other day as K’Boo took over a large part of the Lounge with a fair bit of her ‘Small World’ Toys and characters: including Dora, Peppa Pig, Toy Story, Little People, Strawberry Shortcake and Handy Manny!

She just kept adding more and more, chatting to herself as she did. Eavesdropping can give you an insight into what your little ones are thinking and what they find is valuable current topic information :o

“There’s a Party here” she kept saying  “You are all invited!”

What I would have given to be one of those characters and to enjoy the fun things laid out to play with.

What does your little one enjoy doing?

About HonieMummy (HonieBuk)

Mum of two girls (14 & 7 and step-Mum to one boy (13). All of whom are bright, fun-loving, creative and musical and make me proud and despite his disability (CP) my step-son and family face challenges with a smile and the will to succeed. Love to travel (mainly US/Canada/Scotland), passionate about photography, music is a must, always in HoniesKitchen, networking and of course my amazing family! I like to Blog infrequently whenever it takes my fancy and I don't mind sharing my ups and downs, advice and querky ideas with you all. I will mostly post recipes and photos of food, family and travel. I love to review products that my family and me would use - I kinda consider it my 'duty' to let you all know if something is as good as it says on the tin and a 'must buy' product, that all families should know about. Find these in HonieLikes. If you like what you see, please tell me - I work hard at these things :o)

So cute. My youngest is just starting to play like that. I love watching them play x

  2. DD is always the nursery teacher, reading books to her teddies and giving them instructions (orders). Or she’s talking on the phone very earnestly. I love watching her play and eavesdropping.

I love comments and appreciate your feedback - share the love here!
