The doors will be open to volunteers at 8.00am Saturday morning (when you can also bring items that you have registered to sell).
Don’t forget if you are a ‘seller’ please bring your items before 10.00am – we need to get everything out in the right place and be ready to open for 11.30.
It’s all hands on deck from 8.00 – 11.00, with quality control and putting items on rails, tables and in the correct area ……. if you haven’t volunteered before, don’t worry – there are lots of volunteers to help and show you the ropes and all we always have a great time! Refreshments will be available to volunteers ‘Free of charge’ and there is somewhere for you to feed or rest if you are bringing babies.
Thanks to everyone who has registered to sell and to all of our volunteers – there is a lot of planning that goes into these sales, but ultimately, we couldn’t do it without you.
If you are volunteering and staying to help out at the sale (still lots to do and all help is appreciated). Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch – there are refreshments and biscuits, but we do not sell food on the day.
Please also remember to keep personal items to a minimum and money and mobile phones with you (a money belt is a popular idea).
Thanks again to everyone who is involved
