So what is the the Colour Me In Kellogs Rice Krispies challenge or #ColourMeInRK all about?
BritMums has teamed up with Kellogg’s, which has replaced the regular front of its Rice Krispies boxes with a colour-in Snap, Crackle and Pop, so children can decorate the characters and personalise their breakfast. You can find loads more colouring fun on the Rice Krispies website.

So we received a parcel in the post with some absolutely fabulous colouring pens and a big box of Rice Krispies to decorate (and eat up the contents afterwards). So that’s lots of coloured pens, glitter glues and colour changing stampers & highlighters and the opportunity to win a prize ….. K’Boo (5 years) was very excited and very keen to put pen to picture and get colouring.
Kellogs are offering £500 or a year’s supply of Rice Krispies AND the chance for your design to appear on a ‘T’ Shirt! It’s all very exciting stuff and very kind of Kellogs, but it didn’t take much encouragement to get K’Boo to set to her design and this fabulous pack of colouring pens has been a great source of entertainment with the great British weather we have been experiencing lately (wellies and puddles as opposed to flip flops and paddling pools).
A few more adjustments and the next picture is the final piece for the competition entry ..
After this there was only one more thing left to do (well 4!)
- Sprinkle Rice Krispies into a bowl
- Pour on milk
- Snap, Crackle, Pop!
- Eat & Enjoy
Thank you to Kellogs for sponsoring this great competition with Britmums for our children to enter. Thanks too to BritMums for hosting the competition. Yo can head on over to the Kellogs website where there is lots more colouring opportunities for you to enjoy.

What a great result! K’Boo did some excellent colouring in!
Congrats on a great effort!
